I think Clapton is quoted somewhere as crediting Albert King with every
riff in Strange Brew. Well this is every Albert King lick I know; courtesy of Eric Clapton! Short and to the point, no one wants to hear me "noodle" on for 6 or 8 trips through 12 bars. My '68 LP Gold Top into the "dimed" Clean channel of my DVA-FIFTY. I took a run at it with a vintage '71 Marshall 50; liked my 50 better. |
